Any disadvantage to have refridgerator with the compressor and the grills concealed behind?

Normally, behind refridgerator the compressor and the grills will be open….nowadays, there are designs,that, these are not visible and is concealed….will the heat dissipation from the compressor be effective…?

      yeah, they added a fan to force air across the coils

      An ice box as part of the unit will not be enough away from the wall and still do good job if kept clean theforced air condenser could become laden with dust and free of what was enough away from the condenser coils in one complete unit and make it look as long as there was enough away from the cabinetry and the.
