There are stains on my grill pan from cooking steak ums and tater tots on the smooth side. Will the stains even come out or is it like a cast iron pan where it is seasoned and the marks stay on it?

      soak it and then try using a heavy duty cleaner like renuzit…i found one at linens n things that worked great on those surfaces, when you cannot use scrubbing pads.
