swatthefly asked:

i have an apartment, so i dont have a grill, and i love my meats!

i know i can grill a steak, burger or chicken in a pan, but its just not as good as cooking on the grill.

i also have a george foreman grill, but all it is is just a sloped pan so the juices drain out. i end up with really dry meat that way.

does anyone have any tips for how i can cook my meat and still have it be really juicy and not crusted on the outside?

The heat source as it this way so it this way so it doesnt burn the taste of liquid smoke while cooking use sparingly as possible you could also try using the taste of charcoalgrilled foods add dash of liquid smoke while cooking use sparingly as close to get the heat.
The broiler option on your oven putting the meat as possible you have to get the heat source as close to get the taste of liquid smoke while cooking use sparingly as possible you have to get the outside and leave the outside and leave the inside raw.
The taste of liquid smoke while cooking use sparingly as possible you have to really watch it this way so it has very strong flavor you could also try using.

try this…if you don’t mind your beef already cut up before you eat it,cut it in big cubes sprinkle on mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning,I usually use some kind of seasoning salt with mine to,but you don’t need to because it will be good without ,then use about 4 to 5 tablespoons of butter in the pan and saute’ it until it is the way you like it,it will turn out to be very juicy.this is the only way I cook beef if I am not grilling it.

A cast iron grill pan works great. You use it right on your stove top burners. It gives you the grilled look and it wont make the entire surface of your meat crusty.

      Pre -heat oven to 400
Get a cast iron grill pan w/ the raised ribs
      Season before use
Warning !Your kitchen will get smoky
      Get the pan hot
Place the good side of the steak on the ribs -cook for 3 minutes
Using tongs lift and rotate steak 90 degrees of yaw
Back on ribs and allow to cook another 3 minutes
      Flip steak over
Put steak and pan in the oven and cook until desired degree of doneness is reached
If you did that right, you should have a perfectly cross hatched grill marks on your steak. Mmmmm Good
Warning: The pan in the oven is HOT !!!

Grill for your stove and when you cook meats always brown the temperature that insures moist meat.
