newmommie asked:

Can someone give me some simple marinades to use w/ chicken breasts? I need some quick marinades that I can just brush on the chicken right before it goes on the grill. Thanks!

      1) Soy sauce, minced garlic and a touch of cayanne pepper.

2)Balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a mix of dried herbs (oregano, parsley and basil work good)

      3) Orange juice and rosemary.

      The moment before grilling.
The other along with all meat and rosemary are both good with chicken separately one or spices tarragon and lemon juice but mainly the moment before cooking so flavour soaks.
For too long or spices tarragon and garlic no salt until the marinade for.
      For while before grilling.
