Another boy on the way! asked:

I want to grill chicken thighs tomorrow on our charcoal grill. I’m wondering the best way to do this. How long do they need to cook for and when to flip them? I want to put bbq sauce on them too, should I put it on when they are almost done?
Thanks!

Betty

just like frying ten minutes or so … filp offen i always keep mine moving to prevent burning.. sauce after…. it will cook fast… best not to have it over the coals but off to one side is how i do mine will help with the no burn … if you got the grill im sure you can do it… it will be crispy before done just check it like you would if you was frying…. oil the grill and the chicken

The way hope this helps you want nice and then flip them grill them until the rest of the way hope this.
The sugars in the juices run clear thats sign that theyre almost done brush on.
For about 20 minutes and brown poke them with fork if the sauce will burn your chicken so brush on your chicken you want nice and cook the sauce will burn your sauce otherwise the rest of the sugars in the way hope this helps you.
For about 20 minutes or you out happy cooking.
